How do I get started?

Simply complete our enquiry form and tell us a little about your business and support requirements. We'll review your enquiry and get back to you within two working days.

How is my time tracked?

All time spent on your account is recorded and monitored. We will send weekly updates detailing the work that has been completed and the corresponding hours.

How do I pay?

All monthly packages are invoiced in advance and renew on a monthly basis. Additional hours can be arranged subject to availability and will be invoiced in arrears.

What tasks can I delegate?

We can assist with a wide range of administrative, operational, research, and financial administration tasks. If you're unsure whether a task can be delegated, feel free to ask.

Do unused hours roll over?

Unused hours do not typically roll over into the following month unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Can I switch Packages?

Absolutely. As your business needs change, your package can be adjusted to provide the right level of support.

Do you offer one-off support?

Yes. We offer both one-off project support and ongoing monthly packages, subject to availability.

Do I need to sign a contract?

Before work begins, we'll provide a simple service agreement outlining the scope of support, payment terms, and confidentiality arrangements.

Do you work with confidential information?

Absolutely. We regularly work with sensitive business information and take confidentiality seriously. Access credentials are managed through secure password management software, documents are stored using encrypted cloud services, and information is only accessed by authorised members of our team for the purpose of delivering agreed support.

What software do you use?

We regularly work with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, Asana, Trello, Notion, and a range of other business tools. We are also happy to work within your existing systems where possible.

What types of businesses do you work with?

We support a range of independent professionals and small businesses, including therapists, consultants, property professionals, coaches, and other service-based businesses.

Can you provide support outside normal working hours?

We understand that urgent situations can arise and will always do our best to accommodate requests where availability allows. Work undertaken outside our standard working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, may be charged at an enhanced rate.
